Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer specialized in End User Computing to design, deploy, and manage modern workplace solutions using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, and Azure AD. You will support enterprise endpoint environments across on-prem and cloud, ensuring security, reliability, and user productivity.

This role requires 7+ years with strong End User Computing and device management experience, including global deployments.

Qualifications

• Must Have: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune and SCCM).
• Experience with Windows Autopilot, Hybrid Autopilot, Azure AD, ADFS, and Group Policy-based enrollment.
• In-depth understanding of BYOD, COD, and modern device management concepts.
• Experience in endpoint configuration, provisioning, and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of desktop virtualization and VDI.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies and cloud-based endpoint management.
• Understanding of endpoint security, compliance policies, vulnerability management, and patch management.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows OS, endpoint devices, and application issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

The role focuses on deploying, configuring, and maintaining modern workplace solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, and Azure AD. The specialist works closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient end-user computing services while improving user productivity and experience across both on-premises and cloud environments.

• Perform troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, operating system, application, and device management issues.
• Support technology upgrades, migrations, software rollouts, and system integrations.
• Conduct testing, validation, and proof‑of‑concept activities for new technologies and solutions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure smooth service delivery and operational excellence.
• Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
• Support change management processes and ensure compliance with enterprise standards and security policies.
• Provide technical guidance to end users and assist in improving overall user experience and productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune and SCCM).

• Experience in endpoint configuration, device provisioning, and lifecycle management.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies and cloud‑based endpoint management.
• Understanding of endpoint security, compliance policies, vulnerability management, and patch management.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems, endpoint devices, and application‑related issues.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and customer service skills.

Additional Information

The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management technologies.

Experience with SCCM, Windows Autopilot, Azure AD, and device compliance management is preferred.

Experience supporting enterprise‑scale End User Computing environments is desirable.

Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management is preferred.

Experience working with global customers and distributed teams is desirable.

Bachelor s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

A 15 years full‑time education is required.
