Job summary

Accenture services Pvt Ltd in Gurugram seeks a Technology OpS Support Practitioner to own the integrity and governance of systems, developing, deploying and supporting infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective.

You will lead end-to-end Intune management, OS deployment (OSD), automation scripting, and provide L2/L3 support to analysts while adhering to ITIL processes and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
• 15 years of full-time education required.
• Experience with OSD deployment and Intune management.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and configuration of Windows/macOS endpoints through OSD and Intune.
• Implement, monitor, and enforce Intune policies, security baselines, and compliance profiles.
• Apply OS patches, firmware updates, driver updates, and fix vulnerabilities across endpoints.
• Design and maintain automation scripts for device onboarding, updates, and remediation.
• Identify recurring incidents and assist in root cause analysis and problem management.
• Provide L2/L3 support and guidance to analysts.
• Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge articles.
• Participate in CAB discussions for Intune/OSD changes, patches, or automation scripts.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.

4–5 years in endpoint management, OSD, and Intune with exposure to L2/L3 support.
