Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an Endpoint & OT Support Engineer to support enterprise endpoint infrastructure, IT operations, and OT environments in Bengaluru.

The role requires hands-on experience with Intune, Windows Autopilot, Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365, plus ITSM and incident management. You will deploy updates, monitor security, manage assets, and collaborate with vendors to ensure service delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration and Windows Autopilot.
• Proficient in Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Strong knowledge of Group Policy Management and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with ITSM processes and incident/problem management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support endpoints through Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Deploy applications, patches, and security updates across enterprise devices.
• Administer Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP.
• Provide L2/L3 support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and OT endpoints.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Handle Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management using ServiceNow.
• Monitor endpoint security, compliance, antivirus updates, and vulnerability remediation.
• Manage IT assets, CMDB records, hardware lifecycle, and user access administration.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and service delivery.
• Create SOPs, technical documentation, RCA reports, and operational reports.
