Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking a techno-functional business analyst to design AI-enabled solutions and drive no-code/low-code workflows. You will lead requirements discussions, oversee dashboards, automations, and process improvements while coordinating with technical teams for enhancements.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with exposure to APIs, integrations, and automation frameworks within enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of scripting or programming language is required.
• Proven techno-functional expertise in business analysis, solution design, and platform configuration.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and AI-driven enterprise use cases.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, workflows, and automation frameworks.
• Good leadership, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirement discussions and translate them into no-code/low-code and AI-enabled solutions.
• Design and oversee workflows, forms, automations, dashboards, and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI for automation, insights or decision support.

• Guide junior team members and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and issue resolution.
