Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in business/product analysis in capital markets or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of the Broadridge ecosystem and securities asset lifecycle.
• Experience with digital assets, tokenization, blockchain/DLT, or digital securities.
• Understanding of smart contracts, nodes, APIs, and consensus mechanisms.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, UAT, SQL, APIs, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for digital asset and capital markets solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and product requirements.
• Work with developers, architects, and product teams to design solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze securities/asset lifecycle, tokenization, and digital asset product orchestration requirements.
• Apply knowledge of DLT/blockchain concepts, including smart contracts, nodes, APIs, and consensus mechanisms.
• Conduct gap/impact analysis, UAT, and support solutions through the SDLC.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams and support production issues and root-cause analysis.
• Understand token economics and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business adoption.

Required Skills:

• 8–12 years of experience in Business Analysis/Product Analysis within capital markets, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of the Broadridge ecosystem and securities asset lifecycle.
