Broadridge is seeking an experienced AI Automation Business Analyst to support Finance Automation and AI initiatives. This role will bridge Finance business users, technology teams, data teams, and automation developers to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and drive solution delivery.

You will document current and future-state processes, requirements, and user stories, and support AI and automation solutions using RPA, Power Platform, Power BI, and related tools in an agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Automation, or Digital Transformation roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience supporting cross-functional technology projects.
• Familiarity with Finance processes such as AP, AR, GL, Reporting, or Close processes.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities across Finance processes.
• Conduct workshops, process walkthroughs, and discovery sessions to gather business requirements.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Support implementation of AI and automation solutions using RPA, Power Platform, Power BI, and AI tools.
• Coordinate across business users, developers, data teams, and support teams.
• Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate delivered solutions against requirements.
• Track project tasks, risks, dependencies, timelines, and status updates.
• Support governance, intake processes, prioritization, and automation inventory management.
• Assist in KPI tracking, ROI analysis, and operational reporting for automation initiatives.
