Job summary

What would you do?

• Design develop and deliver learning solutions on SAP BW4HANA Data Modeling and Development. Enable learners through instructor led virtual and blended learning experiences covering data warehousing modeling reporting and integration concepts. Support capability development through assessments hands on exercises certification preparation and knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Translate learning experience designs into structured learning components for SAP BW4HANA. Create storyboards assessments labs demonstrations and training materials. Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop engaging learning solutions. Deliver instructor led and virtual training while driving learner engagement and knowledge transfer.
• The practice of delivering technical learning content through instructor led and virtual training formats. Trainers facilitate learning experiences and support capability development in SAP BW4HANA Data Modeling data acquisition transformation reporting and data warehousing concepts. Experience in learner assessments and content development is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design develop and deliver instructor led virtual and blended learning programs on SAP BW4HANA Data Modeling and Development.
• Create facilitator guides learner handbooks assessments labs demonstrations and knowledge assets.
• Deliver technical training sessions workshops boot camps and capability development programs.
• Educate learners on SAP BW4HANA architecture data modeling objects data acquisition transformations process chains and reporting concepts.
• Develop hands on exercises real world scenarios and interactive learning activities.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences.
• Review and validate technical accuracy of learning content assessments and lab environments.
• Monitor learner progress evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Update learning assets based on product enhancements business requirements and industry trends.
• Support certification programs through assessment creation validation and learner preparation.
• Mentor learners and provide guidance on best practices and technical concepts.
• Contribute to knowledge management capability development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work independently with minimal guidance while managing assigned learning engagements.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and align training solutions with organizational objectives.
• Support knowledge sharing activities across the learning community.
