Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Experience Design and Development Associate to craft training content and develop instructional materials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify needs and deliver effective learning resources across eLearning and instructor-led formats.

Design engaging curricula and assets using templates, while ensuring quality and alignment with design specifications and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; prefer Instructional Design, Psychology, English, Technical Writing or Communications.
• 1–2 years of content writing or learning industry experience preferred.
• Content writing and practical industry experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop storyboards for learning assets such as eLearning and ILT.
• Write or edit training content to support learning goals.
• Develop virtual trainings using authoring tools like Articulate/Claroflow.
• Review deliverables for standards, functionality, and consistency.
• Collaborate with Graphics and Tech teams via professional channels.
• Revise content based on internal and client feedback; raise issues as needed.
• Report status to Instructional Design Leads daily.

What would you do?

The Learning Experience Design and Development Associate develops training content based on detailed design specifications, using prescribed templates and guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop instructional materials.

• Design and implement instructional strategies, curricula, and learning materials that align to business needs.
• Develop and maintain e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and other learning resources.
• Demonstrated knowledge of innovative learning tools and products, ensuring the use of the latest technologies to Deliver instructional information for an audience based on learning activities approaches to help an organization achieve their learning goals.

What are we looking for?

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline - prefer degree in Instructional Design, Cognitive Psychology, English, Technical Writing, Communications, related field or equivalent experience.
• Work Experience: Prefer content writing or practical industry experience. Minimum 1-2 yrs. working experience preferably in the learning industry.

Knowledge/Skills Requirements

• Required: Strong content writing skills, Good communication skills (verbal and written), Attention to detail to ensure quality, Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word and PowerPoint)
• Preferred: Exposure to at least one instructional approach (web-based, instructor-led, or virtual instructor-led training), Knowledge of authoring tools such as Articulate suite, Claroflow etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop storyboards for learning assets such as eLearning, instructor-led, videos etc. adhering to project specific standards and tools.
• Write or edit training content to support the overall learning goals and objectives.
• Develop virtual trainings using authoring tools such as Articulate, Claroflow etc.
• Review your own deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, functionality, and consistency with the detailed design prior to sending to supervisor for review.
• Collaborate with peers and other teams such as Graphics team, Tech teams. via professional communication channels to build relationships.
• Review and revise content based on feedback from internal and client reviewers or stakeholders, raise content discrepancy issues to supervisor as needed.
• Report status to Instructional Design Leads daily
• Receive and action feedback related to deliverables and own performance.
