Accenture is seeking a Senior Software Engineer level Technology Educator to design and deliver advanced SAP Basis Administration training. You will lead instructor-led and virtual sessions, develop hands-on labs and certification-ready content for SAP systems and cloud environments.

Responsibilities include curriculum development, system landscape management, and keeping training materials up to date with SAP product releases and best practices.

What would you do?

• Level: 10 Senior Software Engineer
• The L10 Technology Educator SAP Basis Administrator is a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert responsible for designing and delivering advanced SAP Basis Administration training programs. The individual provides expertise across SAP system administration, system landscapes, performance optimization, security administration, and cloud based SAP environments.
• Acts as the primary SME for SAP Basis Administration and SAP system landscape management.
• Designs and delivers instructor led and virtual training programs on SAP Basis concepts and administration activities.
• Develops hands on labs covering SAP installation, monitoring, performance tuning, security, and upgrade scenarios.
• Contributes to curriculum development, certification readiness programs and technicalcapabilit

• Minimum 7.5 years of relevant experience in SAP Basis Administration and SAP platform management.

• Subject Matter Expertise and Training Delivery
• Deliver instructor led and virtual training on SAP Basis Administration, SAP S 4HANA administration, SAP HANA database management, and SAP system operations.
• Facilitate hands on lab exercises covering installations, system copies, client administration, transport management, and patching activities.
• Create certification assessment questions and scenario based evaluations aligned to SAP learning and certification programs.
• Provide technical guidance on SAP performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
• Stay current with SAP product releases, support packages, cloud technologies, and industry best practices.
• Content Development and Quality Assurance
• Collaborate with instructional designers to develop engaging and technically accurate SAP Basis training content.
• Develop lab manuals, presentation materials, assessments, and trainer guides.
• Review and validate learning content to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.
• Create reusable demonstrations, implementation scenarios, and troubleshooting exercises.
• Continuously update curriculum based on SAP technology advancements and learner feedback.
• Stakeholder and Partnership Engagement
• Engage with capability leads, SAP practice teams, and learning advisors to align training objectives with business requirements.
• Present training plans, curriculum roadmaps, and learning outcomes to stakeholders.
• Support enterprise learning initiatives related to SAP technologies.
• Collaborate with SAP project teams to identify emerging skill requirements.
• Build strong relationships with SMEs, learning teams, and certification program stakeholders.
• Team Leadership and People Development
• Mentor and support junior Technology Educators in SAP Basis technologies.
• Review and provide feedback on training content developed by peers and team members.
• Share knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices with the wider educator
