Job summary

Broadridge India seeks software professionals to design, develop, modify, adapt and implement solutions across applications and infrastructure. Responsibilities include reviewing requirements, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and deploying software in an Agile environment.

You will translate business needs into reliable software, ensure improvements are delivered, and may test new code. The team emphasizes collaboration, leadership where appropriate, and transparency in hiring.

Designs, develops, modifies, adapts and implements short- and long-term solutions to technology needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems and applications infrastructure. Reviews system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs, documents and implements software solutions. Provides application software development services typically in a defined project. Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented. May test new software code and typically works in a highly efficient ("Agile") development environment.
