Job summary

M K Groups in India requires a hands-on administrator to maintain CRM, ERP, HRMS and Tally integrations with careful API monitoring and no-code automation. You will support users and ensure reliable data flows across business systems.

You will also build and review management dashboards, enforce RBAC/MFA, backups, and logs, and create AI prompts with human review to protect data and ensure compliant actions.

Qualifications

• Must manage CRM/ERP integrations and access controls.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks and automation workflows.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and building dashboards.
• Experience using AI tools with prompt testing and verification.
• Understanding RBAC, MFA, backups and audit logs.

Keep connected business systems, automation, dashboards and MKG-BOS records reliable while using AI safely under human approval rules.
