Designation: MIS & Automation Professional

Department: Leasing

Core Responsibilities

1. MIS & Reporting

Prepare and manage daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.

Develop management dashboards and business performance reports.

Ensure accuracy, integrity and timely delivery of MIS.

Analyse large datasets and identify trends, gaps and business insights.

2. Advanced Excel & Data Analytics

Strong expertise in Advanced MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, Dynamic Arrays and complex formulas.

Excellent knowledge of Power Query and Power Pivot for data transformation and modelling.

Create interactive dashboards, automated reports and analytical models.

3. Automation

Identify repetitive/manual processes and develop automated solutions.

Hands-on knowledge of VBA, Macros and Excel-based automation.

Automate data consolidation, reporting, dashboards and routine MIS activities.

Improve process efficiency, accuracy and turnaround time.

4. AI & Generative AI

Strong practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and other GenAI platforms.

Use AI for data analysis, report generation, formula creation, automation and process improvement.

Explore and implement AI-based solutions to reduce manual work and improve productivity.

Develop AI-assisted MIS and analytical workflows.

5. Business Coordination

Understand business requirements and convert them into meaningful MIS and dashboards.

Coordinate with various departments for data collection, validation and reporting.

Provide management with actionable insights and recommendations.

Eligibility Criteria

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in MIS, Reporting, Business Analytics, Automation or Data Management.
• Proven hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel and AI tools.
• Strong ability to automate complex reporting and data processes.
• Should be comfortable working with large datasets and multiple business functions.
• Candidates who have independently developed Excel-based automation, dashboards and AI-driven solutions will be preferred.
