Job summary

Pan Oleo Energy Limited is seeking an experienced professional to architect and deploy AI-driven automation across manufacturing and commercial workflows. You will translate business requirements into scalable systems, connect ERP/CRM data, and enable secure AI-enabled document processing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Study each department to automate, digitize, standardize, integrate and monitor remotely.
• Develop secure AI agents and workflows for document processing, email, quotations, follow-ups, procurement comparisons, reporting, task allocation, data analysis and alerts.
• Create a centralized management command centre covering daily activities, production, sales pipeline, procurement, vendors, inventory, receivables/payables, cash flow, productivity, customers, projects and approvals.
• Set KPI thresholds and automated escalation systems for deviations, delays, abnormal prices, cash-flow risks and operational exceptions.

Job description

Expected Deliverables First Year

1. Central management dashboard and group-wide MIS.
2. AI-based daily departmental reporting, task tracking, approvals and escalation.
3. Sales and CRM intelligence system with pipeline, follow-up and tender visibility.
4. Procurement intelligence platform with vendor, price and inventory analytics.
5. Production, yield, quality, costing and working-capital dashboards.
6. AI-powered document, knowledge-management and search system.
7. Secure department-specific assistants for management, finance, procurement, sales, HR, production, legal/document search and technical knowledge.
8. Automated management alerts and data-driven decision-support systems.

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on capability in a practical combination of:

1. Python, SQL and PostgreSQL.
2. APIs, OpenAI/LLM APIs and AI agents.
3. RAG, prompt engineering and vector databases.
4. n8n, Make, Zapier or equivalent workflow tools.
5. Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
6. Cloud platforms, Git and ERP/CRM integrations.
7. OCR/document intelligence.
8. Basic frontend/backend development.
9. Experience connecting AI with ERP, CRM, accounting software, email, spreadsheets and manufacturing data will be highly valued.

Candidate Profile

2. Understands manufacturing and commercial workflows quickly and can work across multiple industries.
3. Comfortable working directly with senior management and independently identifying inefficiencies.
4. Converts business requirements into working systems and owns projects through deployment and adoption.
5. Understands financial and operational KPIs and is strongly execution-oriented.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Preferred: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, IT, Electronics or a related discipline.
2. Candidates with exceptional practical AI/automation capability may be considered irrespective of formal specialization.
3. Experience: Approximately 2-7 years preferred.
4. Startup, consulting, manufacturing digital-transformation or AI-automation experience is valuable.
