The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver client solutions.

Role Purpose

Provide techno‑functional expertise and bridge the gap between project and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end implementation projects from business requirement management to integration, configuration and production deployment.
• Evaluate feasibility of change requests and provide optimal solutions with clear timelines.
• Support solutioning team from architectural design, coding, testing and implementation.
• Understand functional and technical design and architecture for ERP systems.
• Customize, extend, modify, localize or integrate existing products through coding, testing and production.
• Implement business processes and translation into ERP solutions.
• Write code according to developmental standards and choose implementation methodology.
• Provide product support and maintenance, resolve day‑to‑day queries and technical problems.
• Create and deploy automation tools to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
• Coordinate between technical and functional requirements, advise client or internal teams.
• Support on‑site manager with necessary details for any change and off‑site support.

Skill Upgradation and Competency Building

• Clear internal Wipro exams and certifications to upgrade skills.
• Attend trainings and seminars to sharpen knowledge in functional/technical domains.
• Write papers, articles and publish them on the intranet.

Performance Parameters

• Contribution to customer projects: quality, SLA, ETA, tickets resolved, problem solved, change requests implemented, zero escalation, CSAT.
• Automation: process optimization, reduction in steps and ticket raise count.
• Skill upgradation: number of trainings, certifications, papers, articles in a quarter.

Experience

10+ years.
