Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution.

Responsibilities

1. Bridging the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise
   • Drive the end-to-end process for new business implementation projects, from requirements management to deployment.
   • Assess feasibility of change requests and provide solutions with clear timelines.
   • Support new business implementations, building systems from scratch.
   • Assist solutioning teams in architecture, coding, testing, and implementation.
   • Understand and implement functional and technical designs on ERP systems.
   • Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integrate products through coding and testing.
   • Translate business requirements into ERP solutions.
   • Write code following development standards and decide on implementation methodologies.
   • Provide product support and resolve technical issues for ERP solutions.
   • Create automation tools to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
   • Coordinate between technical and functional project requirements, providing advice as needed.
   • Support on-site managers with necessary details and provide off-site support.
2. Skill upgradation and competency building
   • Complete Wipro exams and internal certifications to upgrade skills.
   • Attend training and seminars to enhance functional/technical knowledge.
   • Publish papers, articles, and case studies on the intranet.

Performance Parameters

• Contribution to customer projects: quality, SLA adherence, tickets resolved, change requests implemented, customer satisfaction.
• Automation: process optimization, reduction in steps and tickets.
• Skill Upgradation: trainings, certifications, publications.
