The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution.

Do

1. Bridging the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise:
   • Drive the end-to-end process for new business implementation projects, from requirements management to integration, configuration, and deployment.
   • Assess the feasibility of change requirements and provide optimal solutions with clear timelines.
   • Support new business implementations by building systems from scratch, including architectural design, coding, testing, and deployment.
   • Understand functional and technical design and architecture for ERP systems.
   • Customize and extend existing products through coding, testing, and deployment.
   • Implement business processes and requirements into ERP solutions.
   • Write code adhering to development standards and decide on implementation methodologies.
   • Provide product support and maintenance, resolving daily technical issues.
   • Create automation tools to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
   • Balance technical and functional project requirements, providing solutions and advice.
   • Support on-site and off-site teams with necessary details and assistance.
2. Skill upgradation and competency building:
   • Pass Wipro exams and internal certifications to upgrade skills.
   • Attend training sessions and seminars to enhance functional and technical knowledge.
   • Publish papers, articles, and case studies on the intranet.

Deliver

Performance parameters include contribution to customer projects, automation, and skill upgradation, measured through quality, SLA adherence, tickets resolved, process improvements, and certifications completed.

Mandatory Skills: SYBASE Database Administration.
