Job summary

ALPLA Group in Solan, Himachal Pradesh is seeking a hands-on production professional to execute the blow molding production plan, aiming for high OEE and NEE. The role includes coordinating maintenance for preventive upkeep, ensuring GMP compliance and reducing downtime, with a focus on wastage reduction and cost-saving initiatives.

You will work with a modern team in a dynamic environment, bringing 1–3 years of blow molding or related manufacturing experience, knowledge of materials, process

Qualifications

• Experience with plastic blow molding and related manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs and efficiency.
• Ability to handle a large, dynamic production schedule.
• Knowledge of 5S, Operational Excellence and Health & Safety is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute production plans for blow molding to meet targets (OEE/NEE).
• Coordinate with maintenance for preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Enforce GMP and reduce machine downtime and wastage.
• Propose and implement cost-saving measures.
• Maintain process stability and production balancing; reduce regrind material waste.

Job description

What You Will Enjoy Doing

• Execution of Production plan (blow molding) and to achieve targeted OEE and NEE.
• Coordinate with maintenance Department with Machine production plan to facilitate Preventive Maintenance Schedule.
• Ensure implementation of GMP and reduction in machine down time.
• Targeted wastage reduction.
• Cost saving proposals and implementation of the same.
• Effective process control and analysis to achieve Process Stability
• Effective production balancing, reduction of regrind material generation, & effective utilization of regrinding material, if generated.
• Ensure cleanliness of machinery and 5S on production shop floor.
• Issuance and reconciliation of Material (RM,MB, Packing Material) as per Job Order.
• Daily monitoring and clearance of Hold Material and reduction of hold percentage on monthly basis.
• Maintain KPI of respective Technology

What makes you great

• 1 - 3 years of experience in plastic blow molding or any related manufacturing industries
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the manufacturing and distribution efficiency
• Ability to handle a large and tight volume with a dynamic planning schedule
