Job summary

Single Window Consulting is seeking a Production role focused on blow molding and fuel tank division production. The candidate should have experience in production departments, IATF-compliant documentation, and TPM knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fuel Tank Division production departments.
• Knowledge of QMS documents (ISO/IATF) and IATF system.
• Knowledge of TPM.
• Knowledge of Dojo and training documentation.
• Troubleshooting and countermeasure knowledge.
• Drive process optimization, waste reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Generate production reports and performance metrics.
• Lead and motivate production teams to achieve targets.
• Knowledge of Blow Molding Production.
• Allocate resources to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Generate production reports, performance metrics, and documentation as required by dept. Head.
• Team leadership to lead and motivate production teams to achieve production targets.
• Must knowledge of Blow Molding Production.
• Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

1- Having Experience in the Fuel TankDivision in production departments

2-Having Knowledge of QMS documents (ISO/IATF Audit & documentation) andExperienced to work under IATF system understanding the role & responsibility to a work accordingly with system

7-Generate production reports, performance metrics, and documentation as required by dept. Head. This involves maintaining accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and quality control measures
