Job summary

ALPLA INC. Hyderabad plant is seeking a skilled technician for surface grinding and tooling support. You will select grinding wheels and clamping equipment, operate machines, and ensure smooth production in a clean, safe area.

Diploma in Tool & Dye making or technical metal education is required, with MS Office basics. You will work independently on defined processes and maintain equipment as part of a dynamic, international team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Tool & Dye making – 4 years.
• Graduation of a technical metal education.
• Knowledge to operate surface grinding machines.
• Basic knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point…)

• Selection of the required grinding wheel and clamping equipment
• Independent processing of defined work processes
• Time record of the manufactured parts
• Maintenance of the surface grinding machines
• Ensure order and cleanliness in assigned area of responsibility
