Job summary

ALPLA INC. in Telangana, India, is seeking a Production Operator for Blow Molding line. You will manage start/stop of machines, perform process settings and monitor efficiency across production and packaging stages.

You will conduct regular quality checks, record batch and pallet details, and maintain GMP/5S standards while coordinating with other departments to ensure on-spec output.

Qualifications

• Diploma or CIPET background preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in EBM.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Start/stop the machine and utility equipment.
• Perform process setting and monitoring.
• Monitor material control (weight distribution, regrind levels, tail lengths, etc.).
• Conduct regular quality control and visual inspections.
• Check process parameters (machine cycle time, cooling water temp, air pressure, temperatures).
• Weigh waste material/lumps and record in daily production report.
• Ensure production in correct quantity per specifications.
• Record bottle packing details (pallet no., batch no., qty.) in production report.
• Report deviations in machine operation or product to senior staff.
• Perform mold changes/color changes as needed.
• Maintain molds and perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain good housekeeping in and around machines and department.
• Follow Safety norms and maintain shop floor discipline; uphold GMP & 5S.
• Check toolbox condition and replenish as required.
• Handle other duties assigned by management.

• Overall line responsibility from production to packaging
• Start / Stop the machine and utility equipment.
• Performs process setting & monitoring.
• Monitor Material control (weight distribution, regrind levels, watch tail lengths, etc.)
• Performs regular quality control throughout the shift and visual quality checks
• Check & monitor process parameters like machine cycle time, mold cooling water temperature, compressed air pressure, process temperatures.
• Weigh waste material/ lumps and record in daily production report
• Ensures goods are produced in correct quantity and in accordance with agreed specifications
• Correctly record the details of bottles packed (pallet no., batch no, Qty. etc.) in the production report
• Report any deviation in the m/c operation or product to senior immediately.
• Perform mold change/color changes as needed.
• Maintain mold spare and perform preventive maintenance of molds.
• Maintain good housekeeping in and around the machine and within department.
• Follow all Safety norms and maintain shop floor discipline strictly.
• Maintain GMP & 5s as defined by management.
• Toolbox is checked regularly for condition of tools and quantity, to be restored immediately if required.
• Other duties assigned by management.
