Job summary

ALPLA INC. in Telangana, India, is seeking an EDM wire cut operator and programmer. You will set up machines, program EDM wire cut processes, and ensure quality by following drawings and tolerances. The role includes maintaining CNC equipment and recording production times in a clean, organized area.

Qualifications

• Graduation of a technical metal education.
• Knowledge to operate and program EDM wire cut machines.
• Basic knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Set up of EDM wire cut machines and manufacturing of parts per drawing with tolerances.
• Programming and modification of EDM machine programs.
• Maintenance of the CNC machine.
• Feedback of production optimization to the team leader/CAM programmer.
• Time recording of the manufactured parts.
• Ensure order and cleanliness in the assigned area.

• Set up of EDM wire cut machines and manufacturing of single or multiple parts according drawing under consideration of the tolerances and part requirements
• Set up and programing of EDM wire cut machine
• Independent processing of defined work processes (machine set up sheet)
• Programing and modification of EDM machine programs
• Maintenance of the CNC machine
• Feedback of production optimization to the team leader/CAM programmer
• Time record of the manufactured parts
• Ensure order and cleanliness in assigned area of responsibility
