Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of mechanical/manufacturing processes.
• Interest in machine operation and precision manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of measurement and quality inspection.

• Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding machines after training.
• Learn and maintain tool geometry and quality standards.
• Handle grinding wheels and wheel dressing as trained.
• Perform basic measurement and inspection of tools.
• Use measuring instruments like Vernier and Micrometer.
• Maintain production and inspection records.
• Follow defined process, quality, and safety procedures.
• Learn vacuum brazing processes and operate related equipment.
• Assist in preparation of components and fixtures for brazing.
• Monitor process parameters (temperature, vacuum).
• Support process optimization and documentation.

Job Title: Production Operator Grinding & Brazing

Job Description:

We are looking for freshers to join our Production team for Grinding and Brazing Operations in precision cutting tool manufacturing.

Candidates will receive on-the-job training and will be responsible for learning and performing production processes as per defined quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities Grinding Operator

• Operate grinding machines after proper training.
• Learn and maintain required tool geometry and quality standards.
• Handle grinding wheels and learn wheel dressing and maintenance.
• Perform basic measurement and inspection of tools.
• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, etc.
• Maintain production and inspection records.
• Follow defined process, quality, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities – Brazing Operator

• Learn and perform vacuum brazing processes as per SOPs.
• Assist in preparation of components, brazing materials, and fixtures.
• Operate and monitor vacuum brazing equipment after training.
• Monitor process parameters such as temperature and vacuum level.
• Perform product inspection and identify brazing defects.
• Maintain process and quality documentation.
• Support process optimization and improvement activities.
• Develop knowledge of cutting tools and brazing processes.

Required Skills

Preferred Candidates:

Freshers with ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or related fields.

Training & Location:
The selected candidates will undergo 3 months of training and work in Surat, Gujarat. After successful completion of the initial 3 months, the candidates will be relocated to Pune, Maharashtra for their regular work location.

Note: On-the-job training will be provided for the respective Grinding or Brazing process.
