Job summary

Bhakti Management Services is seeking a skilled Grinder Worker to operate grinding machines and hand grinders for metal work, performing grinding, cutting, polishing and deburring to achieve required surface finish. Inspect components for quality and maintain equipment while adhering to safety norms.

MUST-HAVES include ITI or relevant qualification, 13 years’ experience, and ability to read basic drawings. Welding/fabrication exposure is a plus in a busy workshop setting.

Qualifications

• Must have ITI or relevant technical qualification.
• 13 years of experience as a Grinder Worker/Grinding Machine Operator.
• Hands-on experience with grinding, cutting, polishing and deburring.
• Basic knowledge of grinding machines, tools and equipment.
• Ability to read basic work instructions/drawings.

• Good understanding of workplace safety and PPE.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a workshop/industrial environment.
• Candidates with fabrication or welding experience will be preferred.
