Job summary

Growth For Impact is hiring a field technician to install and commission solar PV systems across Goa. You will handle modules, inverters, structures and related electrical components, and you will troubleshoot faults in inverters and wiring while assisting in site surveys and project execution.

Travel to project sites in Goa, coordinate with engineers and vendors, and perform routine maintenance with a strong emphasis on safety and clear communication with customers.

Qualifications

• ITI in Electrical or Diploma in Electrical Engineering required.
• Knowledge of solar panels, batteries, inverters, wiring and installation tools.
• Ability to use multimeters and PV monitoring software.

ROLE

• – Carry out installation and Commissioning of solar PV systems, including modules, inverters, structures,and associated electrical components
• – Troubleshoot and repair faults in inverters, wiring, and other system components.
• – Assist in site survey, project execution , and day to day project activities.
• – Coordinate with Project engineers , vendors , site supervisor
• – Perform routine maintenance and system performance checks.
• – Prepare and maintain service reports and documentation.
• – Ensure safety standards are followed during all work.
• – Communicate politely and clearly with customers and internal teams.
• – Travel to various project and service locations across Goa.

REQUIREMENTS

• – ITI in Electrical or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or any related field.
• – Knowledge of solar panels, batteries, inverters, wiring, and installation tools.
• – Ability to use multimeters and PV monitoring software.
• – Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• – Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
• – Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
