You will collaborate with engineering, data, AI, cloud, and security teams to translate complex concepts into clear documents, diagrams, runbooks, and user guides while ensuring version control and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing for software, cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, or enterprise platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, Visio, Draw.io, or MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for engineering, data, AI, and cloud initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical documentation that supports engineering, data, AI, and cloud-based initiatives across the organization. You will collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure the creation of high-quality documentation assets.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including solution designs, architecture documents, user guides, SOPs, runbooks, process flows, and training materials.
• Create and manage project artifacts such as requirement specifications, onboarding guides, release notes, governance documents, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI, data, cloud, and security teams to gather technical requirements and document system workflows.
• Convert complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and audience-appropriate documentation.
• Maintain documentation repositories and ensure information is organized, searchable, and up to date.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, version control, and adherence to organizational standards.
• Participate in project discussions to capture technical decisions and ensure documentation readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support knowledge management initiatives and drive documentation best practices across teams.
• Work with stakeholders to review, update, and enhance existing content periodically.
• Develop diagrams, workflows, and visual representations of architectures and processes using appropriate documentation tools.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• We are looking for a passionate technical documentation professional with strong writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills, capable of delivering high-quality documentation for enterprise technology solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing for software, cloud, data engineering, AI/ML, or enterprise platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proven experience creating technical, functional, architectural, and process documentation.
• Familiarity with Data Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, Databricks, and modern enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Draw.io, or equivalent tools.
• Experience managing document version control and governance practices
• Ability to understand technical architectures, workflows, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related discipline.
