About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our engineering and product ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining high-quality technical documentation that translates complex systems into clear, structured, and actionable content for both technical administrators and end-users.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in structured authoring methodologies and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment alongside developers, product managers, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Author, edit, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including User Guides, System Manuals, API Documentation, and Release Notes.
• Design and develop structured content using DITA authoring tools to ensure consistency and reusability across documentation sets.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and customer support teams to gather technical requirements and validate content accuracy.
• Manage the complete documentation lifecycle, from initial drafting and peer reviews to final publication and version control.
• Translate complex architectural concepts into clear, structured layouts tailored to diverse target audiences.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in technical writing within the IT or software development domain.
• Methodology: Strong, hands-on proficiency with DITA (Darwin Information Typing Architecture) and structured, topic-based authoring.
• Tools: Experience working with industry-standard DITA authoring software (such as Oxygen XML, Adobe FrameMaker, XMetal, or similar).
• Technical Artifacts: Demonstrated experience documenting APIs, SDKs, or complex system architectures.
• Education: Bachelor s degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
