Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking a Technical Writer to produce comprehensive user and developer documentation. You will leverage AI tools to improve accuracy and efficiency while translating complex product concepts into accessible guides and release notes.

The role requires 1–4 years of experience, a degree in English, Communications, Engineering, or related field, and proficiency with MadCap Flare, Confluence, MS Word, Jira, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of documentation.
• Translate conceptual details of a product into effective end-user documentation.
• Take ownership of product documentation with minimal supervision.
• Focus on end-users by presenting information in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with Development and QA teams to understand product and documentation needs.
• Analyze source documents such as Software Requirements and Technical Specifications.
• Write Release Notes, Installation Guides, User Guides, and training content.
• Craft API documentation for API users, including API references and guides.
• Maintain grammar, punctuation, and formatting consistency with attention to detail.
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication, and conduct independent research.
• Understand Information Mapping, Agile, SDLC and DDLC methodologies.
