Job summary

Pri India It Services seeks an experienced Technical Writer to develop and maintain high-quality documentation for Data Engineering, Cloud, and SaaS products. You will work with Product Managers, Architects, DevOps, and Business Analysts to produce user guides, API docs, and integration guides.

The role requires strong MadCap Flare and XML-based authoring skills, plus familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Git, and agile processes. Hybrid work is offered with 2 days/week in office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to create and maintain high-quality technical documentation for Data Engineering, Cloud, and SaaS-based products. The role involves working closely with Product Managers, Architects, DevOps teams, and Business Analysts to develop user guides, API documentation, integration guides, and technical content.

Key Skills

• Strong experience with MadCap Flare / XML-based authoring tools
• Hands-on experience in API Documentation
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Git
• Experience documenting Data Engineering, Cloud, and SaaS products
• Familiarity with DITA, XML, MSTP, and DDLC
• Understanding of single-sourcing, content reuse, and multi-channel publishing
• Knowledge of information architecture and content organization
• Familiarity with AI-assisted documentation, Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, and prompt engineering
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail

Preferred Profile

Candidates with strong technical writing experience who can create structured, scalable, and user-friendly documentation and collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
