iEnergizer Noida is hiring for a Technical Voice Support Executive (Domestic Voice Process). We seek dynamicMale and Female professionals with strong technical troubleshooting and excellent English communication to join our Noida facility immediately.

The role involves resolving hardware, software, network, and device configuration issues via voice support, and documenting all interactions in the CRM. Rotational shifts and six-day work weeks are part of the schedule, with immediate joiners

Qualifications

• Must possess Excellent Verbal Communication Skills in English.
• Prior mandatory experience in a Technical Support Voice Process or hands-on Technical Troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of operating systems, internet networks, routers, and basic hardware.
• Must be comfortable with Rotational Shifts and Rotational Week Offs.
• Immediate joiners who can start right away are highly preferred.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Assist customers over voice calls to resolve hardware, software, network connectivity, and device configuration issues.
