Sutherland in Chennai is hiring for International Voice Process-Customer Support with immediate joining and candidates having 6 months to 3 years of voice experience. Strong English communication is essential, and freshers will not be considered.

You will handle inbound international calls, provide technical support, and maintain accurate customer interaction records during predominantly night shifts with a 5-day work week. A two‑way cab facility is provided within 25 km of shift timing.

We are hiring immediate joiners for the International Voice Process-Customer Support role.

This opportunity is ideal for Experienced candidates who have minimum of 6months-3years experience in Complete Voice Support and passionate about customer service and have strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound international customer calls
• Provide technical support and issue resolution
• Deliver high-quality customer service
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records

Eligibility Criteria:

• Looking for people who have minimum of 6 months-3 years of exp in complete voice support.
• Other domain experience will not be considered as a experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good articulation and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn

Note: Freshers are not eligible to apply

Shift & Work Details:

• 5-day work week with rotational shifts, rotational offs. (WFO)
• Predominantly night shifts
• Two-way cab facility provided (up to 25 km radius based on shift timing)

Compensation CTC: 3.00LPA to 3.5LPA (varies based on candidates experience & their previous CTC)

Work Location: Sutherland A1 Block, Ground Floor, Gateway Office Parks Perungalathur, Chennai Landmark: Opposite Perungalathur Railway Station
