Job summary

Sutherland is hiring for an International Voice Support Associate in Chennai. Immediate joiners preferred. The role involves assisting customers via voice calls and requires excellent English communication, both verbal and written.

Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years' experience are welcome, with night shift and 2 days off on a rotational basis. Relocation to Chennai is required for the selected candidates who are within a 30 km radius.

Preferred candidate profile:

• The candidate's prime role will be assisting customers through Calls.
• Candidates who are ready to relocate in Chennai Location alone.
• Required only immediate joiners and somebody who are within 30KM radius of distance.
• Looking for Experienced candidates, 1-3 years
• Highest Qualification: + 2 / Diploma for 3 years/ Graduates in any stream.
• Night Shift Timings with 2 days of rotational week offs.

Additional Information: Work from office Two-way cab facility available upto 25km radius from office based on the shift timings.
