Job summary

JSW Steel is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for software developers, engineers, and other stakeholders. The role includes providing targeted support through various channels to resolve complex technical issues and collaborating with SMEs to create high-quality courseware.

You will also lead team-building activities to bolster communication and collaboration within the group, ensuring programs stay impactful and aligned with business

Qualifications

• 12–20 years of experience in a similar role as a Technical Trainer or Technical Support Specialist.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply.
• Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
