The Technical Trainer position owns the responsibility of successfully running the training programs for the engineers at ITBD. They will devise technical training programs as per the organization’s requirements

• A bachelor’s or associate degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

• 5 years of proven experience as a Technical Trainer, training specialist, or a similar role.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience training L1/L2/L3 Engineers
