About the Role:

We are seeking experienced industry professionals with a passion for training and mentoring students in their respective domains. You will play a key role in helping students bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry expectations through hands-on training, real-world projects, and job readiness support.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive training sessions (online/offline) in your area of expertise
• Guide students on industry-grade projects and use-case simulations
• Provide mentorship on resume building, interviews, and career pathways
• Develop training content and case studies based on real industrial applications
• Stay updated on current industry tools, technologies, and trends
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of industry experience in any of the following:
• Mechanical, Mechatronics, Biomedical, Petrochemical, Electrical, Civil, or Blockchain
• Experience in training, mentoring, or conducting workshops/seminars
• Ability to break down complex concepts into digestible learning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience with Ed-tech, technical institutes, or training centers
• Knowledge of project lifecycle from design to deployment
• Familiarity with tools/software in your domain (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, PLC, Aspen, Revit, Solidity, etc.)
• Passion for education and talent development
