Role – Technical Trainer (Design Thinking)

Job Location – Greater Noida, UP

Job Overview

The Technical Trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive training programs on Design Thinking and related fields. You will be responsible to teach B.Tech students. The successful candidate should have a robust technical background, excellent instructional skills, and a passion for educating others in these advanced fields. The role requires teaching at University Level.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs on emerging technologies.
• Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, hands‑on labs, and assessments.
• Conduct in‑person and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences, including Students, Staff Members, Guest Students.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in emerging technologies and incorporate them into training programs.
• Assess the training needs and customize training programs to meet their specific requirements.
• Provide post‑training support and mentoring to ensure successful implementation and adoption of technologies.
• Collaborate with faculty members, subject matter experts and other trainers to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments and make necessary improvements.

Qualifications

• B.Des./M.Des. or Master's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 2‑8 years of hands‑on experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Architect, Software Developer, Technical Trainer, instructor or UI/UX developer role, preferably in corporate environment.
• Hands On Experience in relevant technologies is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the principles and applications of emerging technologies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Experience in creating and delivering technical training programs.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
• Passion for teaching and helping others achieve success.
