Qualifications

• Experience in CNC training or operator onboarding in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to convert complex CNC processes into clear training modules.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with CAD/CAM tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of LMS platforms and basic lean manufacturing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical and practical CNC training sessions for new hires and operators.

Responsibilities

1. 1. Conduct both theoretical and practical training sessions for new hires and existing CNC machine operators.
2. 2. Collaborate with department managers to identify skill gaps based on role-specific requirements, customer expectations, and general competency needs.
3. 3. Design a tailored training calendar addressing technical skills, in alignment with identified needs.
4. 4. Work closely with the technical manager to develop training modules and materials.
5. 5. Plan and execute training sessions as per the training schedule, ensuring employee calendars are blocked in advance, based on skill matrix evaluations or other assessments.
6. 6. Coordinate with internal teams and external trainers or vendors for specialized training programs when required.
7. 7. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance indicators.
8. 8. Continuously improve training content based on feedback received from participants.
9. 9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities, including attendance, feedback, outcomes, certifications, and compliance documentation.
10. 10. Regularly report training outcomes and metrics to management in ad hoc, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual formats.
11. 11. Ensure all training documentation is maintained and readily available for audits.
12. 12. Actively support and manage audit processes (e.g., customer audits, surveillance audits), ensuring timely closure of any non-conformance

Skill Sets
