About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead – AI/ML who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:

• Lead AI Engineers and Data Scientists
• Build production-grade AI systems
• Work directly with retail clients
• Own technical delivery from discovery to deployment

You’ll spend time both writing production-quality code and mentoring your engineering team.
