Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI/ML or data science with hands-on project work.
• Strong Python and ML/DL framework proficiency (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
• Experience deploying ML on cloud platforms (SageMaker, VertexAI).
• Expertise in NLP, CV, generative AI, and RAG architectures.
• Solid MLOps/DevOps experience (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLflow, DVC).
• Data engineering skills (ETL, SQL/NoSQL, data modeling) and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Lead development of complex models for NLP, computer vision,generative AI, or predictive analytics.
• Guide model optimization, feature engineering, and hyper-parameter tuning for robust performance.
• Oversee data engineering pipelines for large-scale, secure, and high-quality data processing.
• Implement and maintain MLOps/LLMOps processes for automated CI/CD, versioning, monitoring, and retraining.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and client teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and technically lead junior engineers and data scientists.
• Ensure best practices in responsible AI, security, compliance, and governance.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and introduce new AI/ML frameworks and cloud-native approaches.

Requirements Key Skills & Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, data science, or a similar technical domain.
• Deep proficiency in Python and one or more ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
• Demonstrated experience with cloud-based platforms for ML deployment (AWS SageMaker, VertexAI, etc.).
• Expertise in advanced ML/AI techniques: NLP (LLMs, transformers), computer vision, generative AI, RAG architectures.
• Solid MLOps and DevOps experience (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, MLflow, DVC).
• Strong data engineering skills (ETL, batch & streaming data, SQL/ NoSQL, data modeling).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Experience leading or mentoring teams and owning delivery for large-scale tech projects.
• Background in enterprise automation, digital transformation, and building AI-powered products is highly valued.
