Job summary

IVTEX Corporate Solutions Private Limited is seeking a hands-on Technical Team Lead to guide software development teams, own delivery, and support design, development, testing and deployment of secure, scalable applications.

You will combine full‑stack engineering with mentoring, cross‑functional coordination and delivery accountability to drive projects from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/IT/Software Eng or related field.
• Hands-on development experience with modern web stacks and ownership of technical delivery.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to frontend, backend and full‑stack developers; review code and set standards.
• Participate in system design, API architecture, DB design, security reviews, and performance optimization.
• Break requirements into deliverables, estimate effort, assign tasks, manage sprint priorities and milestones.
• Conduct stand‑ups and reviews; monitor progress, code quality and productivity; mentor junior developers.
• Coordinate testing (unit/integration) and support CI/CD, deployment and production troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with PMs, BAs, QA, DevOps and stakeholders; maintain status reports and documentation.

Job Summary

The role combines full‑stack engineering expertise with task allocation, mentoring, cross‑functional coordination and delivery accountability.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Technical leadership: Guide frontend, backend and full‑stack developers; review code, resolve complex issues and establish development standards.
• Architecture and development: Participate in system design, API architecture, database design, security reviews and performance optimization.
• Planning and execution: Break requirements into deliverables, estimate efforts, assign tasks, manage sprint priorities and track milestones.
• Team performance: Conduct stand‑ups and reviews; monitor progress, code quality and productivity; mentor junior developers.
• Quality and release: Coordinate unit, integration and regression testing; support CI/CD, deployment and production troubleshooting.
• Coordination and reporting: Work with project managers, business analysts, QA, DevOps and stakeholders; maintain status reports and technical documentation.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js (Vite), responsive design.
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST API design and integration.
• Databases: SQL/NoSQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB, schema design and query optimization.
• Security and engineering: JWT/OAuth, API security, Git/version control, debugging and unit testing.
• Leadership and delivery: Code reviews, system design, Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, task allocation and mentoring.

Good-to-Have Skills

• TypeScript, Next.js, Redux/Zustand, Python/FastAPI, Redis, microservices.
• AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes, Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
• Jira or comparable tracking tools; government/e‑Governance and enterprise applications; AI/ML integrations.

Qualification & Preferred Profile

• B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/MCA/BCA or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• Strong practical/project experience may also be considered.
• Proven hands‑on development experience, ownership of technical delivery, communication and problem‑solving skills.
