Job summary

Inspire Infosol Pvt Ltd., Hyderabad, is seeking an experienced technology manager to lead development teams, drive technical excellence, and deliver scalable, secure software across web, cloud, and mobile platforms.

You will guide architecture, oversee Agile delivery, and partner with product and business stakeholders to drive delivery governance, quality, and timely releases in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in leadership of software teams and Agile delivery.
• Hands-on experience with modern web technologies and cloud platforms, plus leadership and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication, mentoring and strategic program delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business goals, while leading development teams and fostering a collaborative, innovative engineering culture.
• Oversee architecture and delivery of enterprise web, mobile, and cloud applications by adopting modern tools, technologies, best practices, and ensuring code quality, scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with product, business, stakeholder, and cross-functional teams while leading Agile planning, estimation, ceremonies, release execution, and delivery governance across timelines, resources, risks, and milestones.
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, standards, KPIs, Agile metrics, testing, documentation, deployment, production support, release management, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.

We are seeking an experienced technology manager to lead development teams, drive technical excellence, and deliver scalable, secure, high-quality solutions across modern software, cloud, Agile delivery, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business goals, while leading development teams and fostering a collaborative, innovative, high-performing engineering culture.

Required qualifications

Preferred skills

• AWS/Azure, CI/CD, Microservices, and DevOps practices
• React Native, Flutter, .NET MAUI, Node.js, or Java technologies
• Cloud-native application experience with knowledge of architecture and design patterns.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, mentoring, innovation, and multi-project management skills.
