Probeplus Innovative Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Technical Lead to provide architectural direction across enterprise software projects, mentor teams, and drive engineering excellence.

You will design scalable architectures, guide frontend, backend and microservices, and ensure high quality, secure software solutions. The role covers DevOps, cloud deployments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), API integration, Digital Twin, AI, GIS and IoT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree is an added advantage.
• Microsoft, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, TOGAF, Kubernetes, or relevant technical certifications are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary software development teams.

• Support CI/CD and release management.
• Guide deployments across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Implement containerisation using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor application performance, security, and availability.
• Promote Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps practices.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Architects, and Product Owners.
• Participate in effort estimation, sprint planning, and technical roadmaps.
• Present technical solutions to customers and executive stakeholders.
• Manage technical risks and support timely project delivery.
• Establish coding standards and review processes.
• Ensure automated and performance testing and secure coding practices.
• Drive continuous integration, continuous delivery, and technical excellence.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational quality processes.
• Prepare and maintain documentation including architecture, design specs, API docs, database designs, integration specs, deployment guides, security design docs, standards, and release notes.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to provide technical leadership across enterprise software development projects. The role involves designing scalable system architectures, leading development teams, ensuring engineering best practices, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in full-stack development, cloud technologies, API integration, enterprise architecture, and Agile delivery , with the ability to mentor teams and engage customers on technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Lead and mentor multidisciplinary software development teams.

Provide technical direction across the software development lifecycle.

DevOps & Cloud

Support CI/CD and release management .

Guide deployments across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud .

Implement containerisation using Docker and Kubernetes .

Monitor application performance, security, and availability.

Promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevSecOps practices.

Project & Stakeholder Management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline .

Master's degree is an added advantage.

Microsoft, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, TOGAF, Kubernetes, or relevant technical certifications are desirable.

Experience

8–12 years of software development experience.

3–5 years minimum in a Technical Lead or Senior Software Engineer role.

Experience in Government, Smart City, Seaport, Healthcare, Industrial Automation, or Digital Transformation projects is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

Backend: ASP.NET Core/.NET, Java Spring Boot, Node.js (Express/NestJS), REST APIs, Microservices.

Security: OWASP Secure Coding, API Security, Identity & Access Management, SSL/TLS, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

Preferred Technologies: GIS (Esri, OpenLayers, Leaflet), Digital Twin Platforms, IoT Platforms, AI/ML Integration, Power BI, and real-time streaming technologies.

Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel for client workshops, architecture reviews, project implementations, and technical support as required.
