Job summary

Guidewire Software is seeking a Technical Talent Sourcer for a 1-year contract in Bengaluru. This role involves sourcing niche technical talent across engineering and technology functions, with a strong emphasis on software engineering disciplines.

Hybrid model requires in-office presence as per policy, and collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers is key. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of technical sourcing experience in product companies or SaaS environments, plus expertise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• 7 to 10 years of technical sourcing experience within product companies, SaaS organizations, or technology consulting firms.
• Proven experience sourcing for Software Engineering and other technical disciplines.
• Strong understanding of software technologies, cloud platforms, and engineering skill sets.
• Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-Ray Search, and other advanced sourcing techniques.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience supporting global hiring across APAC, EMEA, or North America.
• Exposure to AI-powered sourcing tools and talent intelligence platforms.
• Experience conducting talent mapping and competitive market research.
• Knowledge of diversity sourcing strategies.
• Experience supporting technical hiring events and employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to source niche technical talent across engineering and technology functions.
• Source and engage candidates for Software Engineering and other technical disciplines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill hiring needs and maintain talent pipelines.
