Job summary

Lyra Network in Mumbai is seeking a detail-oriented fresher to join the Technical Operations team as a live project SPOC. You will coordinate across development teams for BAU and provide first-level production troubleshooting, with training provided.

Daily log reviews, data sharing with stakeholders, and liaison with banks and aggregators are key responsibilities. Candidates from the Western belt (Churchgate to Virar) with strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (B.Tech/B.E/BCA/BSc or graduation).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent ability to learn and articulate software concepts.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Western side candidates from Churchgate to Virar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the SPOC for all live development projects.
• Coordinate with team for BAU across all projects.
• First-level production troubleshooting and escalation of findings.
• Review logs daily and share findings with the team.
• Share data/reports with stakeholders as required.
• Coordinate with banks/internal teams/aggregators/card schemes as needed.
• Fresher graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Manage e-commerce support team and roster management.
• Liaise and report to seniors on daily and monthly activities.

• Daily check and coordination with team for BAU (Business as usual) for all projects
• First level troubleshooting for production, provide findings to relevant team for their appropriate action, training will be provided
• Daily review of logs & share findings to team
• Data / Report sharing with stakeholders as and when required
• Co-ordination with Bank / internal teams / aggregators / card schemes whenever required
• Part of Technical Operations Team, Fresher graduates are also preferred
• Manage E-commerce support team members and roster management
• Liaising and reporting to seniors with all daily and monthly activities

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must be a B.Tech/B.E/BCA/BSc (any discipline)/Graduation is must.
