Job summary

Roots Recruitment is seeking a focused Backend Support Associate in Mumbai to assist the Service Engineer with the software application. You will resolve client queries, perform technical support, and help users via phone, email, and remote sessions.

You will also train end users, maintain databases, and contribute to UAT preparation and execution while ensuring smooth operation of the application and timely process delivery. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide backend support to the Service Engineer for the software application.
• Handle client queries and provide technical support via phone, email, and remote sessions.
• Resolve technical queries of end users over phone, mail and remote sessions.
• Train end users of the software as required via phone, mail and remote sessions.
• Maintain databases.
• Prepare UAT documents and assist clients in conducting UAT.
• Ensure clients operate the application smoothly.
• Process mapping and ensuring timely delivery of processes.
• Identify potential problems and propose improvements.
