Job summary

Careernet in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Production Support Specialist to provide L2.5 production support for investment management applications, resolving incidents within SLAs and leading cross-functional investigations.

You will analyze data flows with PL/SQL and Python, coordinate L2/L3 responses for upstream and downstream markets, and help keep platforms stable with well-maintained runbooks and on-call participation.

Qualifications

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide L2.5 production support for investment management applications, resolving incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Lead investigation of complex application, data, integration, and platform issues across production environments.
• Analyse transaction, portfolio, market, and reference data flows using PL/SQL and Python-based troubleshooting utilities.
• Coordinate L2/L3 support response for incidents involving upstream and downstream capital markets systems and APIs.
• Monitor platform stability, maintain operational runbooks, and participate in 24x7 on-call support and post-incident reviews.

Skills Required

• 7 - 14 years of experience in enterprise application support, investment management technology, or capital markets platforms.
• Strong practical knowledge of investment management and capital market operations, products, and data flows.
• Hands-on experience supporting production applications and leading L2/L3 incident troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and Python for diagnostics, data validation, automation, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience supporting APIs, integrations, and data pipelines across enterprise financial systems.

Good to Have

• Experience with scripting, Java, or ReactJS in support or application troubleshooting environments.
