Job summary

Indium Software in Hyderabad, India seeks an experienced IT professional with 7+ years in production support, strong investment management domain knowledge, and hands-on data engineering and API skills. You will work on system-to-system data flows, REST APIs, and microservices while supporting rotating shifts.

Qualifications include Python/PLSQL, ReactJS, SDLC familiarity, and experience with ServiceNow/JIRA for incident lifecycle management.

• Strong domain expertise in Investment Management/Capital Markets.
• Experience with peripheral systems integrated with Aladdin or similar IM platforms.
• 7+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years in L2.5/L3 production support.
• Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts and exposure to API management for system-to-system data flows.
• Hands-on experience with scripting (Python/PLSQL) and ReactJS.
• Exposure to one or more: Restful APIs, HTML, CSS, Java Microservices.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes, Git/Bitbucket, and test automation.
• Experience with incident/problem lifecycle management and ticketing tools (ServiceNow/JIRA).
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills; able to work independently and within teams.
• Willing to work in rotating 24X7 shifts, including weekend shifts.
