• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Log, track, and manage support tickets until resolution
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or engineering teams
• Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and usage
• Create and update technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
• Follow SLAs and ensure timely issue resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve product quality and customer experience
