Job summary

Growatt New Energy seeks a proactive and skilled technical support Engineer to provide technical assistance for market products, train distributors and installers, and help improve product quality through close collaboration with HQ.

The role requires a degree in Power Electronics or Electrical Engineering, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure while delivering accurate technical documentation and timely support in India.

Qualifications

• Degree in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation or related fields.
• Experience in electrical or PV industry service is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and self-learning skills.
• Excellent communication, customer handling, and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive, responsible, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office and technical documentation.
