Production Technician

Job summary

LyondellBasell Nasik facility is seeking a production operator to support daily line operations in a safe, compliant environment. You will handle line startup, changeovers, packaging activities and ensure finished goods are properly packed and recorded, while maintaining 5S standards around the machine area.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of related experience, basic MS Office skills, and strong communication. This role reports to the Production Team C unit within Global APS.

Responsibilities

• Follow HSE regulation and rules in daily operation.
• Manage the day to day line operations as per the process order; includes line startup, changeovers, line operation, finished goods packing.
• Be responsible to verify and ensure packaging of Finished Goods and changeover activities.
• Be responsible for recording to verify each finished bag (cross contamination, stitching and stacking).
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S near the machine area.
• Perform the duties of the reliever in the production department.
