Job summary

Ideal candidates have a BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 5–8 years of experience, capable of meeting production targets and upholding quality standards across shifts in India.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating continuous plant operations and chemical processing.
• Familiarity with DCS panels and process parameter adjustments.
• Knowledge of quality assurance practices and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee continuous plant operations and monitor key process parameters.
• Monitor DCS panels and adjust temperature, pressure, and flow rates to ensure smooth production of polymer resins.
